The Recruitment Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the Recruitment Lead with various administrative tasks, talent sourcing, and general recruitment coordination. This junior role will provide essential support in sourcing talent for entry to mid-level positions. The Coordinator will contribute to the efficient execution of the recruitment process by managing some of the documentation and reporting, coordinating interviews, sourcing talent, assisting with process improvements, and providing general support to the Lead. The role will be crucial in ensuring that recruitment operations run smoothly as the number of roles and projects steadily increases, providing much-needed support to enhance the candidate experience and streamline recruitment processes across the studio.
About the role:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through various platforms such as LinkedIn, IMDB, ArtStation, and Instagram, focusing on junior and mid-level roles.
- Manage lower-level requisitions, including scheduling interviews, processing NDAs, and coordinating reference checks.
- Manage and maintain recruitment documentation, ensuring all files are organised and comply with company policies.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates professionally and promptly.
- Assist with managing the vacancy list, keeping all roles up to date and aligned with project requirements.
- Support the maintenance of job postings across various recruitment platforms.
- Contribute to process improvements by documenting recruitment procedures and identifying areas for greater efficiency.
- Assist in preparing recruitment reports and data for weekly and quarterly reviews, tracking candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics.
- Provide essential administrative support to the Recruitment Lead to help meet hiring goals amid significant growth.
- Manage enquiries from external candidates, maintaining a timely and professional communication flow.
- Help maintain an organised and efficient recruitment process, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and without delay.
About you:
- Strong understanding of administrative processes and high-level organisational skills.
- Experience in an administrative or HR-related role, with exposure to recruitment practices preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G Suite tools.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in managing candidate data and recruitment documentation.
- Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing needs.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and contribute to the success of recruitment operations.
- Professionalism in all communications and interactions, maintaining a positive, respectful, and transparent approach.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as BambooHR or similar platforms preferred.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in building a career in recruitment preferred.
- Interest in the animation and entertainment industries, aligning with the company’s creative culture preferred.
