Technical Account Managers are the primary contact for Varonis customers and the first line of defense for data. Technical Account Managers provide onboarding and proactive on-going value and support to Varonis customers. You will ensure data is protected from insider threats and cyber-attacks, onboard customers, and provide ongoing support. Additionally, you'll conduct health checks, provide training, and identify upsell opportunities. You will also be responsible for identifying and remediating customer technical issues, creating knowledge base content, and engaging with customers at all organizational levels.
