We are seeking a talented Account Executive with a can-do attitude to join our Art Machine team! The role will possess exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of cultivating enduring relationships with multiple client partners. An Account Executive will adeptly manage multiple projects concurrently and drive revenue generation while consistently delivering solutions that exceed client expectations, with minimal oversight from higher management.
These abilities are necessary to perform this mid-level role in the following areas.
DUTIES/ASSIGNMENTS:
- Direct point of contact for clients and internal teams
- Partners closely with creative leads on end-to-end creation for all marketing campaigns
- Responsible for hitting monthly and yearly revenue targets
- Manages communication to ensure that direction is clear to produce the desired deliverables for each client
- Maintains follow-up procedures with clients
- Monitors and tracks billing and healthy profit margins through project life-span
- Creates budget proposals and monitors the scope of work
- Supervises and manages account support team members at the project level.
- Manages a monthly T&E budget allotment specific to client outreach
- Proactively understand client business goals, industry trends, and challenges, positioning our offerings to best support their success.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities within existing accounts, understanding client needs to suggest relevant solutions and drive account growth.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and present pitches, proposals, and scopes of work that align with client budgets and goals.
- Maintain a big-picture view of client needs and project goals, balancing immediate tasks with long-term objectives to drive sustained value.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven track record of success in account management, client relations, and sales, preferably in a related field such as advertising, marketing, or media
- Ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet them
- Proactive approach to addressing issues and finding innovative solutions to meet client needs.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing high-profile marketing campaigns (entertainment experience preferred)
- Mac OS, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office software knowledge
- Technical understanding of the specs and trafficking of key art assets
- Self-reliant and self-motivated, taking initiative and proactively solving problems to reach creative solutions.
- A positive attitude that contributes to the overall success of a collaborative environment.
