Job Summary
Job Description
Responsible for the daily management of assigned accounts. Manages and coordinates Client projects from planning to completion. May act as the daily contact between the Agency and the Client. Executes strategies effectively, solves problems, and develops strong business relationships. Provides support in Client service.
Must have:
- Management of digital and ATL campaigns.
- Knowledge of production processes for campaign pieces.
- Review briefs, build dibriefs and organize the team.
- Follow-up of campaign processes with both the internal team and the client.
- Review of strategy and/or planning for creative routes.
- Handling of Basecamp tools (not exclusive).
- Order and agility in daily management

Responsable de la gestión diaria de las cuentas asignadas. Gestiona y coordina los proyectos del Cliente desde la planificación hasta su finalización. Puede actuar como el contacto diario entre la Agencia y el Cliente. Ejecuta estrategias de manera eficaz, resuelve problemas y desarrolla relaciones comerciales sólidas. Proporciona soporte en el servicio al Cliente.Funciones:
- Gestión campañas digitales y ATL
- Conocimiento procesos producción para piezas de campaña
- Revisión briefs, armar dibriefs y organizar equipo.
- Seguimiento de procesos de campañas tanto con equipo interno como con cliente.
- Revisión de estrategia y/o planning para rutas creativas.
- Manejo de herramientas Basecamp (no excluyente)
- Orden y agilidad en el manejo diario
