This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, reviewing electronic specifications, and approving designs. The engineer will develop validation plans, test procedures, and analyze test results to identify and resolve issues. Additionally, they will supervise test engineers and vendor partners, conduct investigations, and prepare reports. International travel may be necessary to support development activities. This role requires a strong understanding of battery systems and a commitment to quality assurance.
