Business Systems Analyst
• As a Business Analyst on the Enterprise Business Systems team, you will play a pivotal role in bridging business needs with technical solutions. Your responsibilities will span across understanding business processes, facilitating the delivery of key projects, and ensuring that requirements are effectively translated for both business stakeholders and technical teams. You’ll thrive in a collaborative environment where curiosity, problem-solving, and a proactive mindset are key. This role is not limited to supporting Salesforce but will be required to support other systems and applications in the Enterprise Business Systems ecosystem.
What You’ll Do:
• Assess Business Impact: Evaluate incoming requests and projects to determine business impact, challenges, priorities, and feasibility.
• End-to-End Project Facilitation: Lead requirement gathering and prioritization sessions, conduct gap analysis, and work with developers on design and implementation.
• Data Analysis & Documentation: Partner with teams to analyze data, identify trends, and document business logic for effective data manipulation.
• Process & Solution Documentation: Document current (As-Is) business processes, define business requirements, and design solutions to meet those needs.
• Ticket Management: Manage daily ticket queues, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other Business Analysts, Salesforce admins , and developers to deliver cross-functional solutions.
• Integrated Systems Support: Collaborate with business stakeholders and external partners to support requests related to integrated systems beyond Salesforce.
• Project Support: Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and managing project deliverables, risks, and timelines.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Coordinate with technical teams and business stakeholders on unit testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and end-to-end testing.
• Process Documentation: Create, maintain, and present documentation including rules of engagement, pricing, and process maps to ensure adherence to internal policies.
• Project Ownership: Proactively define and execute projects spanning systems, data management, process automation, data validation, lead generation, and process and tooling implementation.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize Salesforce Reports/Dashboards to monitor provisioning workflows, uncover inefficiencies, and propose continuous improvements.
What You’ll Bring:
• Salesforce Expertise: Strong configuration understanding —custom objects, automation workflows, validations, and data flows relevant to provisioning and sales operations.
• Cross-System Support: Ability to think beyond the Salesforce ecosystem
• Experience with other systems like Snowflake, PowerBI, Workato, Mulesoft, Marketo, Gong, Gainsight, Billing Systems, Netsuite.
• Experience with Go-to-Market Teams: Familiarity with Go-to-Market teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Technical Support) and SaaS based models is desirable.
• Business & User Requirements Management: Proven experience in managing business and user requirements to drive successful project implementations.
• Salesforce Skills: Strong configuration understanding —custom objects, automation workflows, validations, and data flows relevant to provisioning and sales operations.
• Business Acumen: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a business-oriented mindset.
• Adaptability & Eagerness to Learn: Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes in a dynamic environment.
