Job Description

1. Collaborate with the lead artist to define the initial art style, aligning with the new project IP.

2. Independently complete various types of character concept design tasks based on documentation requirements, and assist the 3D department in refining and implementing designs. Responsibilities include concept art for hero designs, illustrations, and other visual dimensions.

3. Proficiently collaborate with the team, accept work assignments, possess strong adaptability to art styles, and quickly align with the project's aesthetic. Ensure timely delivery and high-quality completion of planned art design and development tasks.

Job Requirements

1. Familiar with DC IP and passionate about superhero themes.

2. Familiar with R&D production processes, with 5 or more years of experience in character concept design. Candidates who can unify and align with the project's art style are preferred.

3. Possess strong character modeling, design, illustration, and CG atmosphere capabilities; extensive experience in commercial art production.

4. Proficient in Photoshop and other relevant software.

5. Possess excellent teamwork skills, a strong sense of responsibility, high work commitment, and the ability to cooperate with the team to achieve goals.
