Saatchi&Saatchi is seeking an experienced CRM Group Manager for a permanent contract. This role involves leading relational strategies for Peugeot France, focusing on customer loyalty and attrition reduction. The manager will act as an operational CRM referent, collaborating with international teams to drive CRM transformation, including personalization and marketing automation. Key responsibilities include implementing multi-channel CRM strategies, managing campaigns from conception to deployment, coordinating performance reporting, and collaborating cross-functionally with various departments.
Must have:
  • Lead relational strategies for Peugeot France, focusing on loyalty and attrition reduction.
  • Act as operational CRM referent, collaborating with international CRM team.
  • Implement multi-channel CRM strategies (email, SMS, push).
  • Localize client relational plans (anti-attrition, welcome, loyalty, reactivation).
  • Assist CRM audits (database, marketing pressure, segmentation, relational journeys).
  • Supervise conception, production, and deployment of CRM campaigns.
  • Brief creative and technical teams for localization, design, integration, and routing.
  • Monitor campaign schedules and budgets.
  • Ensure quality deliverables and adherence to deadlines.
  • Coordinate campaign results reports (KPIs, click-through, open, conversion rates).
  • Produce monthly, quarterly, or annual reports as per client needs.
  • Collaborate closely with international Central Collective teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with media, data, strategic planning, creative, and technical departments.

Job Description

Saatchi&Saatchi is looking for a CRM Group Manager on a permanent contract (CDI).

Your role:

The agency is looking for an experienced CRM Group Manager to lead the relational strategies for our client Peugeot France, with particular attention to loyalty and attrition reduction challenges.

Within the Saatchi France team, you will act as an operational CRM referent for the client Peugeot France, in collaboration with our international CRM team, to support clients in their CRM transformation (personalization, marketing automation, etc.).

MAIN MISSIONS:

1. Client Support

  • Implement multi-channel CRM strategies (email, SMS, push)
  • Localize Client relational plans, notably anti-attrition, welcome, loyalty, and reactivation
  • Assist CRM audits (database, marketing pressure, segmentation, relational journeys)

2. CRM Campaign Management

  • Supervise the conception, production, and deployment of CRM campaigns
  • Brief creative and technical teams (localization of writing, design, brief and integration follow-up, routing)
  • Monitor campaign schedules and budgets
  • Ensure the quality of deliverables and adherence to deadlines

3. Campaign Reporting Coordination

  • Coordinate campaign results reports: KPIs, click-through, open, conversion rates, unsubscription, etc.
  • Produce monthly, quarterly, or annual reports as per client needs

4. Coordination

  • In close collaboration with the international teams of the Central Collective.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with media, data, strategic planning, creative, and technical departments

Qualifications

REQUIRED PROFILE:

Education

  • Bac+4/5 (Business school, communication, marketing, digital)
  • CRM / relational marketing specialization is a plus

Skills

  • Experience in CRM within an agency or advertiser
  • Understanding of CRM tools and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe Campaign, Selligent, etc.)
  • Good data culture (segmentation, triggers, relational KPIs), understanding and usage
  • Fluent English imperative (written/oral), regular interactions with international contacts

  • Excellent client management and multi-stakeholder coordination skills
  • Rigor, sense of organization, and autonomy
  • Leadership and team spirit
  • Good writing skills and analytical mind
  • Open-mindedness and willingness to learn
