Job Description

As a CRM Manager at Wooga, you'll collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize CRM strategies for player engagement and retention. Key responsibilities include planning and executing multi-channel CRM activities (email, push notifications, in-app), developing loyalty programs, and working cross-functionally to identify new opportunities. You'll leverage data analysis to optimize campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and propose new CRM content. Success in this role requires experience in mobile CRM, campaign management, and a strong understanding of CRM segmentation and personalization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing commercially successful campaigns.
Must have:
  • 2+ years mobile CRM/e-commerce experience
  • Experience with mobile CRM platforms (Braze preferred)
  • Lifecycle marketing campaign planning & optimization
  • CRM segmentation, personalization, and campaign management
  • A/B testing and performance analysis

As a CRM Manager, you will partner with members of the marketing and product teams to determine the most effective ways to use CRM in support of our marketing initiatives. You will design and implement creative strategies to support these initiatives, optimizing CRM delivery to drive player engagement and retention. This role will be a key driver of monetization and personalization efforts across all of Wooga’s marketing channels, elevating how we communicate with our players.

About the Role

You will report to the Lead CRM Manager, working closely with other CRM Managers, Marketing Managers, and Product Leads to understand the needs of each product team at Wooga and to develop effective ways to set up and use our CRM platform to help these teams achieve their goals.

  • Own, operate, and execute multi-channel CRM activities (email, push notifications, and in-app) in alignment with KPIs and business objectives.
  • Recommend, set targets, and execute impactful campaigns to improve retention and monetization.
  • Develop, manage, and promote participation in player loyalty programs.
  • Maintain a strong focus on delivering commercially successful campaigns that prioritize player engagement.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Content Production, Product, and LiveOps teams to uncover new opportunities, refine campaign ideas, and creatively address blockers.
  • Establish, implement, and maintain CRM best practices in collaboration with other CRM Managers.
  • Leverage data analysis to evaluate and optimize CRM campaign performance, identifying opportunities to refine strategies.
  • Create and maintain an A/B testing backlog, developing hypotheses and designing experiments to boost retention and monetization metrics.
  • Propose new CRM content ideas and effectively brief designers and copywriters to execute your vision.

About You

  • 2+ years of experience in mobile CRM or e-commerce email marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with mobile CRM platforms; Braze experience is a strong advantage.
  • Background in e-commerce CRM, loyalty programs, or game monetization is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM segmentation, personalization, and campaign management.
  • Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and performance analysis.
  • A degree in a relevant field is a plus.
