Job Description

This Data Analyst role at Publicis Groupe involves extracting and managing campaign data from various sources like CRM, sales, and web/app analytics. The candidate will analyze this data to generate reports, identify insights, and build strategies to improve client activities, primarily for Quick Service Restaurants, automotive, and CPG clients. The role requires strong data analysis, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills to convey insights to key business stakeholders and internal departments.
Must have:
  • Extract and cleanse data from multiple data sources to create audience segmentation and targeting CRM campaigns.
  • Identify insights and opportunities from the segmentation of tracked behaviors and profiles.
  • Perform detailed strategic analysis that contributes to the client's annual marketing plan.
  • Identify solutions to client problems and new opportunities from a medium-long term perspective.
  • Design data acquisition and A/B testing.
  • Generate promotional response reports that are easy to understand for all members of different positions.

  • Power Pivot and Power Query skills
  • Experience using DBT, Airflow, Jira, Gitlab or GCP

Overview

This candidate is tasked to extract and manage campaign data sets from a variety of data sources including CRM, sales, web/app analytics and third parties, and analyze and report to improve activities and to build strategies. The candidate will work closely with primarily Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), automotive and possibly CPG (tobacco, fast food, etc.) clients. The candidate will need to work with all internal departments of the agency.

This is someone with ability to problem solve with data analysis skills, Strong communication and interpersonal skills and presentation ability to communicate insights and solutions to key business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

What you will do with us:

  • Extract and cleanse data from multiple data sources to create audience segmentation and targeting CRM campaigns.
  • Identify insights and opportunities from the segmentation of tracked behaviors and profiles.
  • Perform detailed strategic analysis that contributes to the client's annual marketing plan. Identify solutions to client problems and new opportunities from a medium-long term perspective.
  • Design data acquisition and A/B testing.
  • Generate promotional response reports that are easy to understand for all members of different positions like clients, strategists, creative and media persons.

Qualifications

What you will bring:

  • Knowledge of Relational Database structures.
  • Excel skills
  • At a minimum, must be proficient in creating pivot tables, filterable reports and reports with mathematical functions.
  • Experience with SQL
  • At a minimum, must be proficient in joins, aggregate functions, date/time manipulation and nested records
  • Must be able to understand and use basic statistical methods and data analytics. Machine learning skills are a plus.
  • Experience in CRM related areas such as database marketing, campaign management, data analysis, etc.
  • Experience with web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
  • R/Python skills are beneficial but not essential.
  • Power Pivot and Power Query skills are beneficial but not essential.
  • Experience using DBT, Airflow, Jira, Gitlab or GCP is beneficial but not essential.
  • Two years or more work experience preferred.
  • Business fluent English
