Responsibilities: |
• Attend client meetings for briefing or project management • The Design PM should effectively consolidate brief from client or from the Account Managers. • Ensure briefing is precisely received by creative team to minimize rework and work closely with internal designer/ artist to ensure delivery of design/ meeting client’s expectations and budget. • Manage Project Timeline, ensure on-time delivery. • Arrange internal briefing/debriefs, creative review and closely follow-up on creative deliverables. • Address lead time concern with creative team to meet client’s CPS. • Book design jobs in system, prepare job brief, estimation & quotations, status reports, job closure, invoice requirements. • To support new business pitch or organic growth Required Skills:
