Who we are
Reporting to our VP of Business Systems, the Director, Revenue Technology will be in charge of driving prioritization, roadmapping, and strategic direction of our revenue technology stack. This position is highly cross-functional and will partner deeply with leaders in Marketing, Revenue Operations, CS, and Finance to ensure the systems and strategic roadmap are aligned to emerging priorities as we grow and scale.

Why Attentive needs you

    • Partner with the Business Systems team to advocate, architect, design and release GTM-focused Salesforce enhancements
    • Be able to lead the construction of (visually and written) end-to-end business requirements for net new and enhancement requests to align with Attentive existing and new GTM strategies
    • You have experience managing a team using a sprint-based approach in JIRA that enables effective and transparent requirements gathering, UAT and release of new features within Salesforce and other third-party applications
    • You’ll own and advocate for your team’s headcount planning processes to ensure we have capacity to meet business needs
    • Partner with Finance and Revenue Operations to ensure GTM processes are continuously improved with the right level of controls
    • Own and manage the acquisition, requirement gathering, purchase and enablement of new Revenue tools
    • Partner with functional leaders to understand individual departmental requirements and articulate/anticipate potential cross-functional conflict or duplicative effort
    • Act as a subject matter owner and expert for all things related to CRM and SFDC (including CPQ)

About you

    • 8+ years of Enterprise Application, Business Systems, Revenue Operations and/or Sales Operations experience while managing SFDC
    • High proficiency and experience in implementing and managing sprint-based SFDC and revenue architecture development
    • Experience leading and managing a high-performing team, including setting performance targets, coaching, and developing talent
    • Has effectively partnered with cross-functional leaders (Marketing, CS, Finance, Sales) to define and implement systems strategies and roadmaps
    • 3+ years of management experience, 2nd level manager experience is preferred 
    • Experience operating in high-growth environment 
    • Experience implementing controls 
    • Experience working with SFDC CPQ or other comparable CPQ platform

For US based applicants:
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $170,000 - $225,000 annually + equity + benefits
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location
