Job Details
We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Risk Manager who aspires to combine their strong risk management expertise with the operations of a leading technology company in Indonesia. This role will be focusing on governance and alignment of Risk Management Framework practices across the Group. Furthermore the role requires proactive engagement with various stakeholders and strong problem solving skills to turn knowledge on the company's business processes and risk management practices into valuable and actionable insight. Positioned in PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk, this role is reporting to the Head of Enterprise Risk Management.
What You Will Do
- Monitor the implementations of Enterprise Risk Management programs to refine and develop best approach and methodology that can better bring value and support to the Company’s business
- Perform review and enhancement of Risk Management policies and procedures
- Assist the implementation of Risk Management Committee and reporting to the Audit Committee
- Provide proactive monitoring and advisory to relevant stakeholders with regards to the implementation of risk management in the company
- Regulatory requirement fulfillment and reporting
- Maintain communication and collaboration with the three lines and senior stakeholders to keep abreast with key risk matters and promote risk awareness
What You Will Need
- A Minimum bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline from a reputable university
- Minimum 8 years of Operational or Enterprise Risk management in prominent multinational companies and/or consulting firms. In which several years in a financial services company is desirable
- Self aspiration and motivation to enrich their risk management professional portfolio in a leading technology company
- Growth mindset, team player, analytical, and good interpersonal skill
- Good competency in English, verbal and written
- Relevant risk management certifications will be considered
