Financial Controller

We will welcome a person who enjoys finance and feels comfortable in the technology sector.

Responsibilities:

• Engaging with a wide scope of financial advice and analytical tasks;
• Overseeing a group of companies from a financial and tax perspective;
• Establishing procedures & controls over financial reporting;
• Engaging in monthly and yearly account closing procedures;
• Analysis of deviations from the budget, and provision of recommendations;
• Active participation in the cost control process;
• Building plans and forecasts for business development;
• Preparing financial statements and management reports;
• Participating in the annual budget preparation process, planning, and cost control.

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline;
• At least 2 years experience in a similar role;
• Knowledge of the Business Accounting Standards of Lithuania;
• Proficiency in analytical, data gathering, and visualization skills;
• Good accounting and financial reporting knowledge;
• Experience with Navision and PowerBI is a huge plus;
• High level of spoken and written Lithuanian and English;
• Knowledge of Russian and/or Polish language would be a great advantage.

Salary: From 3000 EUR/month (gross), based on experience and competence
