The Financial Performance Manager will translate marketing strategies into clear financial narratives and build executive-facing presentations. Responsibilities include tracking campaign performance, building financial models to predict ROI, and developing business cases for new campaigns. The role involves connecting marketing strategy, financial impact, and customer behavior. This role requires analyzing trends and identifying optimization opportunities. The manager will work with dashboards and reports and present the financial impact of campaigns.
Must have:
  • 5+ years of marketing finance experience
  • Ability to connect marketing, finance, and customer behavior
  • Experience building business cases for senior leadership
  • Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and visualization tools

Job Details

We are currently looking for a Financial Performance Manager.

Location: Remote
Salary: $60-70/hr
Benefits: Full benefits
Type: Year long contract w/ extension

Must have skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing finance type role
  • Ability to connect the dots between marketing strategy, financial impact, and customer behavior
  • Experience building and presenting business cases that highlight financial impact on campaigns for senior leadership approval  
  • Strong w/ Excel, PowerPoint, and visualization tools

Responsibilities:

  • Translate marketing strategies into clear financial narratives by building executive-facing presentations that connect campaign goals, financial logic, and performance results
  • Track monthly performance of subscriber saves campaigns using dashboards and custom reports – translate raw campaign performance into clear financial performance readouts
  • Build financial models to predict campaign ROI and analyze historical trends to identify optimization opportunities across multiple channels
  • Develop business cases for new and ongoing campaigns – highlighting investment rationale and projected outcomes
