As Fleet Planning Program Manager, your role will be to help hundreds of customers who are owners of internal and external applications. You will work closely with the customers and deeply analyze the current infrastructure stack. You will plan and engage on how to best help customers iterate on their stack, within the context of continuously evolving infrastructure services and solutions, while also being acutely aware of the risk factors and time sensitivity of the infrastructure delivery, mapping it to the roadmap of services. You will also be responsible for understanding infrastructure services and offerings from one or more groups, including features, limitations and roadmaps. Forecasting and planning involve aggregating demand from customers and communicating plans to key partners, executives, and finance. Exceptional communication skills are required for executive communications, ensuring every number presented is well researched, understood, and explained in executive reviews. Collaboration and effective solutions are key, requiring the ability to think abstractly, create concrete plans, work autonomously, and drive the plan to perfection. You will collaborate with customers as needed and influence others to make quick decisions on effective solutions.
