1. College degree or above (if you have relevant work experience in the game industry, requirements can be appropriately relaxed).
2. Possess certain game experience, able to quickly familiarize with games, love the online game industry and wish to work in this field.
3. Possess excellent logical thinking ability and good communication skills.
4. Possess good service awareness and sense of responsibility, able to actively and proactively discover, feedback, and solve problems.
5. Maintain a positive, kind, honest, down-to-earth, enthusiastic attitude, and have a strong drive.
6. Possess certain empathy, value user feedback, and actively explore solutions to user problems.
Work schedule is shift-based, with alternating big and small weeks (meaning some weeks have 5 working days, some have 6).
There are three shifts daily:
Morning shifts include a 7 RMB meal subsidy, and evening shifts include a 15 RMB meal subsidy.
Love and understand online games, have some knowledge of card and board games (Sichuan Mahjong, Dou Dizhu).
