The HR Business Partner will be the point of contact for people-related questions, concerns, and issues, providing guidance and support on various HR matters. Key responsibilities include managing contractors, partnering with business leaders on people-related strategies, delivering projects and initiatives, providing reports and analytics, and assisting in contractor procurement and policy implementation. The role requires a strong understanding of HR policies and practices and excellent communication skills. The company operates primarily in a remote work environment but appreciates flexibility for occasional travel to Metro Manila.
Must have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management
  • 2+ years of HR experience with focus on business partnering
  • Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good to have:
  • Experience working in a global environment

We have an exciting opportunity to join our People Operations team in Manila and are currently looking for an HR Business Partner to join the team.

As the HR Business Partner, you will be the point of contact to address people related questions, concerns, and issues; providing guidance and support on a range of HR matters.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide services related to contractor management such as onboarding, invoicing, offboarding, grievance/concern resolution
  • Partner with business leaders and guide them in strategic direction for people related matters
  • Deliver Projects/Initiatives in support of the department
  • Provide reports, data and analytics that will support recommendations on people related matter
  • Provide assistance in contractor procurement
  •  Assist in reviewing and implementing policies and procedures

What you will bring to the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in areas such as Psychology and Human Resource Management are preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in Human Resource with a strong focus on business partnering, labor relations and engagement
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices with experience in policy development and implementation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling them to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Experience working in a global environment, including remote work arrangements and flexible working hours, is preferred for this position

We primarily operate in a remote work environment; however, we appreciate a flexible approach with regards to travel to Metro Manila if required on occasion. Any changes to our remote work arrangement will be communicated with ample notice.
