Job Description

The Kasten Inside Sales Representative collaborates with Veeam Core Sales teams, Channel sales teams and partners, selling the company product via the telephone. The role involves identifying prospect accounts, building relationships, and supporting the closing of sales. Responsibilities include generating sales, supporting key business benefits, coordinating sales activities with partners, acting as the main Veeam Kasten business expert, maximizing coverage, providing forecasting, driving revenue, and contributing to the growth of Veeam by achieving individual and team quotas. The representative will also need to update and maintain the Veeam CRM system (salesforce.com).
Must have:
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent level of Spanish OR Turkish OR French OR Italian
  • 2 years B2B sales experience of high-tech products
  • Experience driving the sales process across internal and external teams
Good to have:
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Virtualization or Kubernetes industry knowledge
  • Salesforce.com experience
  • Proficiency in MSOffice based automation tools

The Kasten Inside Sales Representative collaborates with Veeam Core Sales teams, Channel sales teams and partners, selling the company product within an assigned territory via the telephone. Identifies prospect accounts, builds relationships, and support closing sales. May utilize e-mail and other electronic sales techniques in support of the calling effort. This position requires a fluent level of either Spanish OR Turkish OR French OR Italian.

Responsibilities 

  • Generates sales within assigned territory
  • Supports key business and technical benefits mapped to the end user requirements from partner deal registrations, qualified opportunities and lead generation lists; cold calling as needed
  • Coordinates sales activities with partners and resellers to identify and support closing new business
  • Acts as main Veeam Kasten business expert within assigned territory
  • Maximizes coverage within the defined region and penetrates organizations with Veeam Kasten products
  • Provides forecasting and account opportunity as needed
  • Drives revenue and contributes to the continued growth of Veeam through consistently achieving individual and team quotas
  • Teams up with various core sales teams and system engineers in the territory for planning and execution
  • Updates and maintains the Veeam CRM system (salesforce.com)

Requirements 

  • English language (fluent level)
  • Fluent level of Spanish OR Turkish OR French OR Italian
  • 2 years business-to-business (B2B) sales experience of high-tech products/services is preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred (a combination of education and experience will be considered)
  • Experience driving the sales process across internal and external teams (channel, engineering, marketing, field)
  • Ability to find approach to different types of persons in order to establish positive and lasting relationships
  • Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment; must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter
  • Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities
  • Exceptional written communications and electronic correspondence skills, with knowledge of basic business research tools
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills and ability to relay information to potential customers
  • Virtualization or Kubernetes industry is a plus
  • Salesforce.com is a plus
  • Proficiency in MSOffice based automation tools (Excel, Outlook, etc)
  • Strong interest and passion for technology innovation and the industry
