Job Description

This internship focuses on Global Account Management, supporting a functional area or department to achieve business solution objectives. The intern will learn to provide effective day-to-day administrative, planning, and client support. Responsibilities include tracking competitive activity and customer trends for EMEA ISVs and data distributors, analyzing research findings, and performing administrative tasks like data entry, report generation, presentations, and scheduling. The role also involves gathering and entering quality assurance information into Salesforce and internal client service databases, managing the inbound customer Service Cloud queue, and completing special projects.   • Support GAM functional area activities

12 Month Intern - Global Account Management

• Supports activities of a GAM functional area or department account management to ensure that business solution objectives are met
• Learn how to provide effective day-to-day administrative, planning and GAM client support;
• How to track EMEA ISVs, data distributors competitive activity, customer trends and analyze research findings;
• Assists in performing administrative responsibilities, such as entering information into databases, producing simple statistical reports, presentations, expenses and scheduling;
• Gathers and enters quality assurance information into Salesforce and internal client service databases in accordance with established procedures to ensure quality client service. Support managing inbound customer Service Cloud queue.
• Complete special projects as assigned
