The IT Help Desk Technician will be responsible for providing technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. This role involves responding to help desk tickets, diagnosing and resolving technical problems, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams. The technician will also be responsible for maintaining and updating IT documentation, configuring and deploying new hardware and software, and providing training to end-users. Additionally, the technician will monitor system performance, identify and resolve security vulnerabilities, and assist with IT projects as needed.
