4. Solve difficult problems in IT services and optimize them effectively;
1. Bachelor's degree or above, computer-related major;
2. 5+ years of experience in desktop management and operations, internet industry experience preferred;
3. Proficient in ITIL service management knowledge, proficient in desktop support related technical capabilities (mainstream operating systems, network and system applications, etc.);
4. Possess excellent IT service awareness, excellent project management and resource coordination skills;
5. ITIL, PMP, MCCE and other certifications are preferred.
