Job Description

1. Responsible for the company's IT service support, providing high-quality IT services to users on-site or remotely;

2. Continuously optimize IT service SOPs, standard processes, and knowledge base, and provide corresponding training to team members to improve IT service quality;

3. Participate in or promote the construction of IT service management system;

4. Solve difficult problems in IT services and optimize them effectively;

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, computer-related major;

2. 5+ years of experience in desktop management and operations, internet industry experience preferred;

3. Proficient in ITIL service management knowledge, proficient in desktop support related technical capabilities (mainstream operating systems, network and system applications, etc.);

4. Possess excellent IT service awareness, excellent project management and resource coordination skills;

5. ITIL, PMP, MCCE and other certifications are preferred.
