The Role: 

We are looking for an IT Logistics Technician to join our team in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation, shipping, and tracking of IT hardware across the EMEA region, ensuring smooth logistics operations for our IT department. You will also manage IT inventory, coordinate shipments, and support end-users with hardware deployment. This is a temporary position with a maximum duration of one year.

• Prepare, package, and ship IT hardware for new hires and existing employees across the EMEA region
• Maintain and track IT inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient distribution of equipment
• Assist employees with replacing their devices and supporting them on IT-topics such as data transfers
• Coordinate logistics with shipping partners and manage deliveries to various locations
• Process IT asset returns, refurbishments, and decommissioning of outdated equipment
• Support the IT team with workstation setups and basic troubleshooting for end-users in Amsterdam and remotely
• Work on replacing IT assets which are end of life, both in-person and remote
• Be available for occasional weekend work, after-hours support, and on-call duties as needed
• Travel to other locations in EMEA as necessary for IT logistics operations
