Job Description

As a Junior Talent Sourcing Specialist at Milestone Systems, you will support the global Talent Acquisition function. Your responsibilities include screening CVs, coordinating interviews, assisting with phone screenings, supporting employer branding initiatives, proactively identifying and engaging top talent through various platforms like LinkedIn, participating in ad hoc projects to streamline recruitment processes, and providing regular updates on sourcing and hiring activity. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop recruitment skills while working across multiple regions and gaining exposure to international hiring practices. The candidate should be curious, have initiative, and a desire to grow in the world of recruitment.
Must have:
  • Strong interest in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, capable of juggling multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Fluent in English.
Good to have:
  • Experience with ATS tools and LinkedIn is a plus.

About the team:

The Global Talent Acquisition team oversees the company's core hiring processes, as well as both global and local employer branding initiatives.Join our dynamic and growing Talent Acquisition (TA) team as a Junior Talent Sourcing Specialist, where you’ll support hiring efforts across EMEA, the US, and APAC. This is a temporary role with 12 months employment contract.

What You'll Do

As a Junior Talent Sourcing, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our global TA function. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop foundational recruitment skills while working across multiple regions and gaining exposure to international hiring practices.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • CV Screening: Review incoming applications to assess candidate fit for a wide range of roles.
  • Interview Support: Coordinate and schedule interviews, assist with phone screenings, and help ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
  • TA Support: Partner with Talent Acquisition team members across regions to support ongoing hiring needs and projects.
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to employer brand initiatives, social media campaigns, and support at virtual or in-person recruiting events.
  • Talent Sourcing: Use platforms like LinkedIn and other job boards to proactively identify and engage top talent across a variety of functions and regions
  • Project Work: Participate in various ad hoc TA projects that help streamline and improve our recruitment processes.
  • Reporting & Communication: Report directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition and help provide regular updates, data, and insights into sourcing and hiring activity.

Requirements:

  • Strong interest in recruitment, human resources, or talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.); 
  • Experience with ATS tools and LinkedIn is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Fluent in English.
