Job Description

The Lead of Publishing Management at KRAFTON will be responsible for supporting the achievement of business strategies and execution plans within the publishing group, directly reporting to the CGPO. This role involves enhancing and growing global publishing capabilities. Key responsibilities include developing and executing financial plans aligned with long-term goals, improving key processes for efficiency and productivity, conducting data-driven analyses to inform executive decisions, and fostering clear communication across various departments and external partners. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in strategic planning and a strong understanding of the gaming industry.

Must have:

5+ years experience in strategic/business planning in large/global companies
Strategic thinking with objective-oriented work style
Strong analytical, planning, and reporting skills
Experience leading teams and demonstrating professionalism
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
High understanding of game business, platforms, and trends

Good to have:

Core gamer
Fluent English
Global work experience

5 년 이상의 대기업 또는 글로벌 기업에서의 전략/사업/경영기획 업무 경력
전략적 사고를 기반으로 목적 및 목표 지향적으로 업무를 진행하시는 분
상위 수준의 각종 지표 분석, 사업기획 및 보고 역량을 보유하신 분 (PPT, 엑셀, Word 등)
기민하고 전문성을 갖춘 조직 리딩 경험을 보유하신 분
다양한 부서 및 내 외부 파트너들과 원활하게 협업이 가능한 커뮤니케이션 능력을 보유하신 분
게임 사업, 플랫폼, 트렌드에 대한 이해도가 높으신 분
