Our Marketing Department currently has a vacancy for a Marketing Specialist to join their team on a full-time basis.
As the Marketing Specialist, you will be primarily responsible for working across all functions of the Marketing Department which includes the planning and execution of marketing activity in line with Nintendo’s overall marketing plan and strategy. You will be expected to act in accordance with the Nintendo DNA – Originality, Flexibility and Sincerity - and Company Values – Open Communication, Consideration for Viewpoints of Other, Spirit of Service, Intellectual Curiosity and Originality & Flexibility.
Key requirements for the role include (but are not limited to):
Determining the lifecycle marketing plan for selected projects across all touchpoints, in coordination with the Marketing Manager, including implementation and control.
Managing agency relationships to maximise product opportunities, ensuring clear information flow and effective strategy implementation.
Working closely with the Content Marketing & PR teams to brief, develop, and executive campaign strategies, including assisting with social media and announcement localisations and approvals.
Managing all campaign assets (artwork, style guides, POS, pre-sale items, DLC) including localisations, local content creation, and approvals.
Communicating marketing strategies to key stakeholders for alignment across the business and working closely with Sales as required to support trade market initiatives.
To succeed in the role, you will require:
A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a marketing role, including experience in campaign management.
Tertiary qualification in Marketing or related discipline (highly desirable).
Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills.
A current Working with Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain one.
