ASOS is seeking a Mid-Level Product Manager to join their Test and React team. This role is crucial for a strategic initiative focused on bringing production closer to the UK and enhancing planning and buying processes to support a more responsive, end-to-end supply chain. The Product Manager will work within a cross-functional team, driving product vision and strategy. Responsibilities include using data and customer research to build roadmaps, championing agile development with clear hypotheses and success metrics, sharing learnings, managing product strategy for engineering teams, and collaborating with other product managers and designers.

As a Product Manager at ASOS you’ll work in a cross-functional team, singularly focussed on a strategic priority for the business. Setting ambitious goals, you’ll lead on creating innovative solutions for our customers. A proactive problem solver you’ll work with you team and stakeholders to inspire our customers at every touchpoint. 

The Details

We’re looking for a Mid-Product Manager to join our Test and React team. This is an exciting role, working on a strategic initiative to bring production closer to the UK, and the Test and React team is at the heart of it. This role is all about improving how we plan and buy, making sure our systems and processes are set up to support a more responsive, end-to-end supply chain.

  • Work closely with Senior Product Managers to help drive the vision and strategy for the product area.   
  • Use a combination of conviction, data, competitor, and customer research to identify opportunity areas and build your roadmap.   
  • Champion an agile approach to develop products and features, all with clear hypotheses and success metrics.
  • Be forward in sharing learnings, failures and what not to design and build as a result of your tests.   
  • Regularly update stakeholders about the performance of your product area and use this as a backdrop for product recommendations or decisions.   
  • Be the go-to person for one of our awesome engineering teams, covering everything from the product strategy to the detail of a user story.   
  • Engage with other product managers and designers at ASOS to achieve results and learn from each other.    

Qualifications

About you 

  • The desire to drive both delivery and discovery processes.    
  • A curious mind that enables you to self-learn about new customer problem areas or opportunities.    
  • Experience working with data - comfortable using analytics and SQL.
  • A strong belief in the role and value of data, and are not afraid to test and learn, using these feedback loops to continuously improve the product.    
  • Experience collaborating with product design, engineering teams and insights (and beyond!) to successfully get your products to market. 
  • A skill of taking people on a journey as we instil a product mindset across ASOS.    
  • Passion to work at ASOS!
