業務内容:
• In charge of the public relations programs for products and company, develop and manage the product publicity covering all phase basing on the public relations strategy adapting to the region of product publishing, product positioning, messages, platform, and HoYoverse‘s brands in Japan

• 会社と制品の日本市場 PR コミュニケーションを担当し、HoYoverse 自身のブランド と製品の宣伝効果を向上し、製品の発表とポジショニングおよび宣伝方法など内容 の PR 戦略を立てます。

• Develop and foster the relationships with gaming or industry-related media and content creators both enthusiast and mainstream in Japan, cultivate and expand the in-house media contact list, and also ensure consistent communication and accurate, appropriate message distribution

• 日本のゲームディアとゲーム情報を含めるメディアおよびコンテンツのクリエータ ー(ファンとプロ)との関係を構築し、発展させます。会社内部のメディア連絡先リ ストを作成と拡大し、メディアとの一貫したコミュニケーションを維持することお よび正確で適切な情報発信を確保します。

 • Work closely with members of numerous departments of HoYoverse including marketing, community, development, production to set up the deliverable and up-to-date schedule for product publicity. Draft and edit all press assets including press releases, talk points, media alerts, presentation

• より良い製品宣伝のために、大量の HoYoverse 所属チーム（マーケティング、コミ ュニティ、開発、生産）とコラボレーションをしながら、最新の実現性の高いスケ ジュールを組みます。ニュースリリース、取材内容、メディアアラート、プレゼン テーションなど、すべてのメディア資産の執筆と編集を行います。

 • Be responsible for the performance and output at the strategic PR plan for Japan, handle the research and analysis at press activities, PR campaigns, and potential opportunities, deliver the informative and timely PR reports to leadership team to maintain and extend team’s 4 / 6 knowledge at product, company and game industry. Adjust and optimize the strategic PR plans of product periodically

• 日本市場向け PR 戦略計画の実行と成果に責任を持ち、報道活動と PR キャンペーン および潜在的な機会の調査と分析を担当し、チームメンバーが製品と会社とゲーム 業界について知識を広めるのを助けるためにリーダーシップチームに豊富で最新情 報を含む PR レポートを提供します。製品の PR 戦略計画を定期的に調整と最適化し ます。

• Take care of the internal and external communication with gaming platforms (PC and Console) and franchises in Japan. Respond to the requests from business partners and maintain the corporative relationships, explore the potential business opportunities to enhance and upgrade the marketing and PR performance of the product

• 日本のゲームプラットフォーム (PC＆ゲーム機) およびフランチャイズとのコミュニ ケーションを担当します。ビジネスパートナーからの要求に応え、企業関係を維持 し、製品の市場パフォーマンスと PR パフォーマンスを向上するために潜在的なビ ジネスチャンスを探します

応募資格
【必須（MUST）】
• Native level in Japanese (spoken & written)

• ネイティブレベルの日本語を要すること（会話および文章能 力）

• Fluency in English or Chinese (spoken & written)

• 流暢レベルの英語または中国語を要すること（会話および文 章能力）

• Global perspective, five years of experience in gaming industry public affairs, expertise/knowledge in public speaking, editing, and strategic composition, and a passion for the gaming industry and career.

• グローバルな視点、ゲーム業界におけるパブリックアフェア ーズ経験が5年、パブリックスピーキング力と編集力および戦 略的構成に関する知識、ゲーム業界とキャリアへの情熱を有 すること
