Job Description Summary:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and support IMS performance and monitoring products for IBM z/OS mainframes.

• Provide technical expertise working on one or more products with the support of our globally distributed team of engineering experts;

• Collaborate with your highly technically skilled peers through enhancements to our world-class portfolio of IMS performance and monitoring products

• Leverage new approaches and technologies to drive efforts to modernize and influence product direction.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years high level mainframe product development and support experience working with Assembler (HLASM).

• Eagerness to both learn new things and to share knowledge with others in the organization.

Preferred Qualifications (would be seen as advantage):

• C, DTL, REXX and familiarity with IMS performance products.

• previous experience working on performance or monitoring products.
