Team Introduction
Information System is based on the needs of the company's internal system construction and responsible for the planning and construction of internal human resources, finance, legal affairs, procurement, approval and other internal systems, demand and project management, information security management, system configuration, operation and maintenance of the company.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, privacy compliance, data security, access control) to understand requirements, translate them into actionable solutions, and improve compliance system efficiency;
- Conduct in-depth research on privacy compliance and data security to stay informed on market trends and developments;
- Utilize research and data analysis to define product strategies, driving continuous iteration and optimization;
- Lead product design efforts, including requirement solutions, prototype development, and ongoing iteration planning;
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from initiation to execution, overseeing research & development, testing, release, and operations while managing timelines and risks;
- Create product documentation, including Product Requirement Documents, white papers, user manuals, and operational guidelines.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design and management;
- Strong skills in demand-driven product development, project management, and operations;
- Experience in enterprise management systems (legal, finance, procurement, human resource, etc.);
- Excellent logical reasoning to translate business pain points into product requirements and system functionality, with a growth mindset and modular product thinking.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a related field;
- Well versed in claims and litigation, contracts, governance and tax, intellectual property, patent and trademark work (from invention to filing/maintenance), internal and external investigations, and acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures;
- Rigorous logic, ability to understand business needs, modular product thinking, and capable of independently completing the product requirement document.

Job Information
【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $165120 - $311600 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
