Job Description

The Product Marketing Manager will collaborate with the Franchise Director to define product identity and messaging. They will develop and execute global marketing strategies, manage multi-channel campaigns, oversee creative development, and track KPIs. Responsibilities include identifying key in-game events, translating them into marketing roadmaps, and managing marketing budgets to align with product goals. The role involves maximizing player engagement and retention. Requires a deep understanding of the gaming industry and experience in marketing/brand campaigns. The role requires strong communication skills and flexibility.
Must have:

Job Description

Your daily tasks:

  • Collaborating with the Franchise Director to define and maintain the product identity, positioning, and messaging across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Partnering with the Marketing & Communications Director to develop and execute global marketing strategies, driving brand awareness, user acquisition, and organic growth.
  • Working with the game team to identify key in-game events and product updates, translating them into actionable marketing roadmaps.
  • Leading the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, collaborating with internal teams like Communications, Community, and Paid Media to maximize player engagement and retention.
  • Overseeing the creative development of promotional materials, ensuring they align with the product vision and resonate with players.
  • Establishing and tracking KPIs, using data insights to optimize marketing efforts and improve performance.
  • Managing marketing budgets, monitors spend, and reports on the efficiency of marketing investments, ensuring alignment with product goals and KPIs.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in project marketing  or brand marketing management.
  • Deep understanding of the gaming industry & gaming trends, as well as target audience preferences.
  • Experience developing and implementing marketing/brand campaigns.
  • Experience working with briefs and stakeholders presenting product ideas, campaigns, and their results.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Very good command of English.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in cooperating with creative agencies/departments.
  • Experience in cooperating with external partners/suppliers.
