Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, implementing, and verifying bench test solutions using Litepoint and iTest.
• Support the bench characterization of RF, mixed-signal, and power management blocks.
• Help characterize devices over process corners, temperatures, and voltages; assist in data analysis and test report generation.
• Contribute to developing and executing test plans for regulatory compliance and work with external test labs for successful certification.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams, including silicon design, PCB design, firmware, and software teams.
• Assist in developing bench test automation programs/scripts and equipment drivers for electronic/RF measurement equipment such as vector network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, high-speed oscilloscopes, power meters, signal generators, etc.
• Support ATE test engineering for bench-to-ATE correlation.

Skills

• Basic knowledge of bench test engineering and characterization related tasks.
• Familiarity with bench test equipment, such as spectrum analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes, power meters, and Litepoint test systems.
• Understanding of RF receiver and transmitter circuit performance parameters such as IP2, IP3, noise figure, EVM, SEM, and test methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of WiFi connectivity wireless standards such as 802.11, BT/BLE.
• Experience in programming languages such as C or Python is a plus.
• Skills in data collection, analysis, and interpretation of results.
• Familiarity with semiconductor product development, test, and production flows.
• Good communication skills and ability to document work.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a BS/MS/Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Interest in RF and 802.11ax/be or similar wireless PHY implementation.
• Previous relevant coursework or projects are a plus.
