About the Team The Search Operations team aims to improve search user experience, contribute significant DAU impact to the products and drive for increase in traffic and GMV. - Responsible for supporting the decision making of APAC Search capacity planning by closely following global manpower distribution and conducting ROI analysis - Responsible for providing insights into the sustainable and effective global functioning of the organization based on business operations and future planning. - Responsible for establishing effective cross-function workflow processes with HR/Product Operations services with close collaboration and communication with relevant teams as well as business teams - Responsible for engaging in the implementation, iteration, and post-mortem of the workflows as needed - Responsible for independently leading projects in re-org and workforce optimization, driving internal communications and progresses, coordinating with external departments, conducting risk flagging and hedging, and leading post-mortem analysis -Responsible for running projects in closed cycles, taking responsibility for the project deliverables, and drawing experience - Responsible for actively analyzing the status quo of the organization and providing insights into potential issues or development areas, initiating and leading projects addressing such topics accordingly, and effectively guide and coordinate collaborations across regions/functions/departments
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Experience in building processes and leading projects for small/medium multi-cultural teams - Significant experience in data analysis, project management, and cross-function workflow processes - Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to partner with the leadership team Preferred Qualifications: - Tech and data science related experiences are big plus
