The Regional Human Resources, Executive (Operations) supports the administrative work in relation to the employee life cycle events for Regional & Tech.
Responsibilities
Liaise with new hire on all the documents needed for their onboarding
Prepares employment contracts of the new hires and track that is duly signed off
Apply for work visa if applicable for new hire
Send welcome email to new hires
Update new hire information into HRIS and ensure that the information are mapped onto the payroll system accordingly
Ensure all new hires documents are duly filed into their pfile
Track new hire confirmation are completed on time
Attend to employee queries on their need for employment certification letter
Track work visa renewal
Submit claims for government paid leave
Update HRIS on the offboarding information
Send out offboarding email to employees and managers
Track to ensure that stakeholders completes the offboarding activities in accordance to the timeline set
File IR21 for foreign employees who is leaving
Requirements
At least Diploma in Business Management or its equivalent with specialization in Human Resource Management
Minimally 1 year of working experience in a set up of no less than 500 employees
Strong command of written and spoken English language
