Job Description

The Fairmont Ambassador Seoul is seeking a Sales Executive/Sales Manager to join their team. The role involves supporting the Sales team with quotations, contract preparation, and reservation system input for rooms, banquets, and events. You will also facilitate internal coordination between Sales and Operations, provide administrative assistance, and support the coordination of VIP arrivals and customer experience events. The position requires showcasing hotel facilities to potential clients and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities, producing timely reports. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity, with fluent English and Korean skills.

•Support the coordination of VIP arrivals, internal meetings, and occasional customer experience events as required

•Showcasing hotel facilities to potential clients

•Keeping accurate records of client interactions and sales activities

•Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the hotel
