About the Role:

We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on Sales Manager to lead our rapidly growing sales team. In this role, you will oversee and support a high-performing team of new sales representatives and account managers focused on B2B sales. You will build and manage sales teams across different territories and verticals, coaching them to follow proven sales methodologies and ensuring adherence to best practices. This role involves managing and optimizing the sales system to increase efficiency, focusing on deal size, upselling, and closing time. You will also serve as a go-to resource for team members, helping them overcome obstacles in their day-to-day sales processes, and participating in client meetings with key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team leadership & development: Coach and inspire a diverse sales team, fostering a performance-driven culture. Set clear goals for each role and actively support career development.
  • Recruitment & talent development: Hire and manage both domestic and international sales teams. Identify high-potential team members and support their career progression within Lurkit.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to enhance the customer journey and elevate the overall sales experience.
  • Customer-centric strategy: Identify customer needs and translate them into actionable sales strategies across SaaS, marketplace activations, and long-term client engagement.
  • Reporting & governance: Ensure accurate reporting and performance tracking of the team.
  • Sales stack management: Implement and manage tools and processes to support automation and boost team efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, ideally within SaaS, marketplace, or the gaming industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and build remote sales teams.
  • Strong background in coaching, strategy development, and performance metric tracking.
  • Excellent understanding of account management and new sales development.
  • Ability to drive growth through innovative sales strategies and deep industry knowledge.
  • Experience in complex sales.
  • Exceptional presentation skills.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS sales stack and relevant technical solutions.
