- AWS/Azure/GCP Architect certifications
- Experience with cloud or technology alliance teams
- Background in SaaS, microservices, or hybrid cloud
- Experience authoring technical collateral

Description
- - Serve as the technical point of contact for strategic ecosystem partners across Observability, SIEM, NPM, NDR segments (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace, Datadog, AWS, Azure, etc.)
- - Support partner integration, validation, and documentation of joint offerings
- - Provide technical expertise during partner onboarding and enablement activities
- - Collaborate with product, engineering, and partner teams to build integration patterns
- - Create deployment guides and proof-of-concept environments
- - Support co-selling initiatives by delivering technical presentations and demos to partner and customer audiences
- - Represent the company in partner-led technical workshops, webinars, and industry events
- - Provide feedback to internal engineering and product teams based on market and partner requirements
- - Monitor and troubleshoot joint solutions in collaboration with partner support teams
- - Ensure joint solutions meet performance, reliability, security, and compliance standards
- - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
- - 3-5 years of experience in cloud architecture, cloud engineering, or solutions engineering roles
- - Deep understanding of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- - Strong experience with Observability, SIEM, NPM, NDR partner solutions
- - Familiarity with partner ecosystems and go-to-market strategies
- - Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and business stakeholders
- - Certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or GCP Professional Cloud Architect
- - Experience working directly with cloud or technology alliance teams
- - Background in SaaS platforms, microservices architecture, and/or hybrid cloud solutions
- - Experience authoring technical collateral (whitepapers, architecture diagrams, partner solution briefs)
