General Summary:

Exciting opportunity to join Qualcomm’s QGOV Finance organization. Qualcomm Government Technologies (QGOV) provides transformative, trustworthy, mission-focused wireless solutions and services designed to improve our federal government’s capabilities. We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented FP&A Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. This role will support strategic decision-making through financial modeling, forecasting, strategic planning, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent financial reporting and modeling skills, and the ability to effectively communicate financial insights and trends to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Consolidations role in developing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results.
• Develop complex financial models to support near and long-term strategic planning.
• Partner with cross functional teams to understand business drivers.
• Prepare presentations and variance analyses to senior management.
• Highly motivated and ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic business environment.
• Ad Hoc responsibilities such as systems/reporting enhancements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience.

*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Tech/Semiconductor industry experience
• MBA a plus
• Expert in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel & PowerPoint)
• Prior experience in Oracle/TM1/Tableau
• 1+ year of Financial Planning & Analysis experience

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:

$88,000.00 - $132,000.00

The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
