This role involves leading front-end projects, ensuring high velocity, quality, and business impact through hands-on coding and architectural decisions. The engineer will develop and enhance a responsive, scalable, and secure platform, collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements, manage technical debt, and motivate the team. The KYC team focuses on building a state-of-the-art platform for seamless customer onboarding, launching innovative products, and integrating compliance vendors, utilizing AI/ML technologies responsibly and adhering to regulatory standards.
Must have:
- Minimum of 7 years of front-end development experience
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Experience with React or Vue
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively

Responsibilities
- Lead front-end projects, ensuring high velocity, quality, and business impact.
- Maintain active involvement in hands-on coding and architectural decisions.
- Develop and enhance a responsive, scalable, and secure platform.
- Work with stakeholders to define and prioritize technical requirements.
- Manage and resolve technical debts, improve system designs, and address legacy system challenges.
- Unite and motivate the team, ensuring alignment and cohesion.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in front-end development.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience with React or Vue is highly transferable to our internal framework.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to manage and mentor a team of developers.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work remotely with flexible hours and manage time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a leadership role, particularly in managing mid-level and junior developers.
- Proven track record in delivering greenfield projects and achieving key project milestones.
