Complex Games, a studio with over 20 years of experience in developing innovative Tactical RPGs, is seeking a Senior Producer. The role involves supporting the development, launch, and DLC roadmap for their latest tactical RPG titles. The Senior Producer will work closely with various disciplines to ensure the successful realization of game vision by coordinating major development processes and helping developers deliver high-quality games and features. This position is based on-site in their Winnipeg Studio.
Must have:
  • Experience as a Game Producer with shipped titles on PC or Console.
  • Ability to build trust and communicate effectively.
  • Collaborative approach and ability to motivate teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Solid understanding of Agile processes.
  • Skilled in problem-solving.
  • Confident in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of JIRA or other project management software.

Founded in 2001, Complex Games has over 20 years' experience with an ambition of becoming a global leader in the development of innovative Tactical RPGs, including the recent success of turn-based PC strategy game Warhammer 40,000: Chaos Gate – Daemonhunters. The studio is based in Winnipeg, Canada, and employs 45 talented and passionate people including its founders and several other industry veterans. WHAT’S THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Senior Producer to join our team at Complex Games to support the development, launch and DLC roadmap for our latest tactical RPG titles. You'll be working closely with multiple disciplines to ensure the successful realisation of the game vision by co-ordinating major areas of the game development process and helping our developers to deliver the best possible games and features. 

This role is based on-site in our Winnipeg Studio. We can offer a relocation package for the right candidate.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
  • Co-ordinating development tasks for significant areas of game projects, reporting to the Executive Producer.
  • Helping the development team to achieve their goals and deliver content on time and to a high quality.
  • Proactively identifying, prioritising and scheduling work based on project roadmaps.
  • Running sprint planning, standups, reviews and retrospectives.
  • Creating and optimising processes and pipelines to ensure efficient development.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with the development team and external partners.
  • Providing visibility and effective reporting of project status to stakeholders.
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks proactively.
  • Line managing more junior members of the team.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
  • Demonstrable experience as a Game Producer with multiple shipped titles on PC or Console.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport and communicate confidently and effectively.
  • Collaborative approach and able to motivate different teams effectively.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel and balance competing requirements.
  • Solid understanding of Agile processes.
  • Skilled in helping teams finding solutions to complex problems.
  • Confident and positive working in a fast-paced and changeable environment
  • Knowledge of JIRA or other project management software.
  • Experience working with license and IP holders would be beneficial.
