What We’re Looking For
We are seeking an innovative, strategic, and data-informed Senior Product Content Manager to lead the content vision, development, and delivery for a groundbreaking new health and wellness product. This pivotal 0→1 role focuses exclusively on in-product content — such as video classes, articles, recipes, and interactive experiences — and excludes marketing content.
You will define and drive a content strategy that meets both user needs and business goals, leveraging deep expertise in content quality, user insight, and analytics. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build a content engine that is scalable, measurable, and impactful — all while ensuring exceptional user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Define and lead a full-funnel content strategy for a new mobile health & wellness app — from user need to ideation, creation, performance analysis, and iteration.
Champion content quality — set the bar for excellence, ensuring all formats deliver tangible value to users and measurable results to the business.
Partner with UX researchers and data analysts to gather and interpret user behavior insights, shape hypotheses, and translate them into high-performing content experiences.
Lead content ideation sessions that combine creativity with behavioral data, resulting in innovative, industry-leading formats and approaches.
Oversee and guide the full lifecycle of multimedia content production (video, audio, text, interactive) — from concept and creation to launch, scaling, and ongoing optimization.
Drive performance through experimentation — lead A/B testing cycles end-to-end, from test design to outcome analysis and iteration.
Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, YouTube Analytics) to monitor key KPIs such as retention, content engagement, and conversion — and act on insights.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, growth, and subject matter experts to ensure content aligns with overall product vision and user journeys.
Present content plans and performance results to stakeholders clearly and confidently, incorporating feedback and cross-team input.
Ensure adaptability of content — understand how in-product content can be reused or adapted across CRM, acquisition, and retention channels to maximize reach and impact.
Required Skills & Experience
Content Strategy for Product: Proven track record of building and executing impactful content strategies inside digital products (beyond marketing), ideally in health, wellness, or edtech.
Content Quality Leadership: Strong editorial sense and understanding of what makes content engaging, credible, and valuable in a product context.
UX & Research Collaboration: Experience applying user insights in partnership with research teams to shape and iterate content approaches.
A/B Testing & Performance Mindset: Demonstrated ability to run structured experiments, test hypotheses, analyze outcomes, and apply learnings.
Analytical Thinking: Skilled in interpreting data to inform decision-making, set KPIs, and measure performance. Familiarity with tools like Amplitude or similar.
Multi-format Expertise: Comfortable managing and delivering a variety of content types (video, text, interactive, etc.) with a strong sense for visual storytelling and tone.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Strong communication and project management skills, able to align multiple stakeholders and integrate feedback.
English Fluency: Excellent written and verbal English for effective communication across global teams.
Nice to Have
Experience managing content within a mobile app environment, particularly in wellness, health, fitness, or educational platforms.
Familiarity with content operations tooling, CMS systems, or internal content platforms.
