Job Description

As a Senior Recruiter at Cielo, you will be responsible for delivering excellence throughout the recruitment cycle, acting as a brand ambassador and providing exceptional talent. You will engage with hiring managers to understand position specifications, using market data to inform recruitment strategies. Your role involves evaluating candidates, building talent pipelines, and maintaining candidate engagement. You will also partner with hiring leaders on offer details and serve as a mentor to other recruiters. The position requires proficiency in Japanese for liaising with Japanese-speaking candidates across multiple countries, including Japan.
Must have:

Job Description

  • Work Location: Seletar Aerospace Crescent and Tukang, Singapore
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)
  • Work Schedule: Regular day shift
  • Proficiency in Japanese is required as the role covers multiple countries, including Japan, and involves liaising with Japanese-speaking candidates.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead detailed intake meetings with Cielo hiring managers to determine position specifications, providing relevant market data and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
  • Evaluate candidate profiles against position requirements and deliver strong candidate slates, while building talent pipelines.
  • Keep candidates engaged throughout the process with timely updates on their progress.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details, using market data and compensation guidelines to support recommendations.
  • Mentor Recruiters and other team members.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Significant recruiting experience, with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO or agency setting.
  • Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as ATSs and social media tools.
