Job Description

Playtika seeks a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment processes. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers, sourcing talent through various channels (internet research, networking, referrals), building strong candidate pipelines, optimizing recruitment strategies using data analysis, ensuring positive candidate experiences, and proactively addressing recruitment bottlenecks. The ideal candidate possesses strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative "can-do" attitude, and the ability to manage high-volume recruitment under tight deadlines. Experience in data-driven recruitment optimization is essential.

We are looking for a proactive and results driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in leading end-to-end processes as well as identifying and engaging top talent.

The perfect candidate should possess a keen eye for identifying potential candidates, the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders, but most importantly, have a can-do approach and positive energy.

Responsibilities:

Partner directly with hiring managers to understand their teams' hiring needs and team dynamics

Source talent through internet research, networking, competitive intelligence gathering, employee and candidate referrals

Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates through creative sourcing techniques

Work with data to analyze metrics and optimize recruitment strategies

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and recruitment process
Proactively initiate projects/programs to solve bottlenecks and challenges within the recruitment process

Requirements:

2+ years of relevant recruiting and sourcing experience

Excellent interpersonal and consultative skills

Team player with a "can-do" attitude, willing to collaborate and contribute to our team’s success

Ability to work in an ambiguous and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and requirements

Ability to generate a high volume and high-quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines

Data-driven with hands-on experience analyzing conversion funnels and sourcing metrics to optimize sourcing strategies
