Job Description
Paytm is seeking a Team Lead for Sales - Offline Merchants QR. The role involves selling products/services, representing the brand, and managing customer relationships. Key responsibilities include acting as the primary contact from lead outreach to purchase completion. The ideal candidate will have a smartphone, bike, helmet, a drive for growth, and good market knowledge. Previous experience in channel sales and managing a sales team of at least 5 members is required, along with an understanding of distribution, expansion, and metrics. Experience in ensuring team earnings through lucrative incentives is also essential.

Education
Graduate or above / Post Graduation preferred.
