Job Description
Paytm is seeking a Team Lead for Offline Merchants QR Sales to sell products and represent the brand, managing customer relationships from initial outreach to purchase. The role requires a smartphone, bike, and helmet, a zeal for growth, and good market knowledge. Previous experience in channel sales with a sales team of at least 5 members is essential, along with an understanding of distribution, expansion, and metrics. Experience in ensuring team earnings through lucrative incentives is also required. The role emphasizes channel and distribution experience, team handling, and proficiency in Excel and sales data tools.

1. More than 3 years experience in Channel & Distribution
2. Team handing experience is a must
3. Good in Excel & data tools required in Sales
Education
Graduate or above / Post Graduation preferred.
