Job Description

The Technical Account Manager will be responsible for processing client queries, analyzing client requirements, maintaining technical infrastructure, and communicating client needs to the development team. They will also be in charge of delivering the full-featured product to the client. This role requires strong analytical, organizational, and computer skills. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of API communication and be able to read log files. They should also be proficient in markup and web languages, web performance, and search engine optimization principles. This role will be crucial in ensuring client satisfaction and successful product delivery, by acting as a key bridge between clients and the internal teams, providing solutions to issues, and ensuring smooth operation of the platform.
Must have:
  • B2 level of English proficiency
  • C1 level of Russian proficiency
  • Understanding of API communication
  • Ability to read log files
  • Good command of HTML, CSS, web performance, and SEO
  • Basic knowledge of Quality Assurance
  • Solid computer, analytical, and organizational skills
Good to have:
  • Understanding of the iGaming/Sportsbook industry
  • Knowledge of browser DevTools

Requirements:

  • B2 level of English
  • C1 level of Russian
