Technical Lead of Analytics Engineering

• Lead and mentor a team of Analytics Engineers, driving innovation and excellence in data engineering and analytics
• Develop a deep understanding of each game you are responsible for, providing you with the vital context to make informed, game-specific decisions
• Coordinate the development and maintenance of robust, scalable data models, ELT pipelines, and analytical tools
• Own game's data technical health, ensuring best practices and standards are of the highest level, technical products meet performance expectations ​and alignment with cross-game standards
• Contributing to cross-functional standards and governance groups and ensuring game-specific tracking is implemented with the highest level of accuracy and completeness
• Champion data quality, ensuring consistency and reliability across a wide array of data products
• Employ innovative technologies like BigQuery, dbt, Looker, and Airflow.
• Collaborate with game product teams and other departments, focusing on improving product success and operational efficiency

• Strong leadership skills with a track record of guiding and growing analytics teams
• Expertise in the modern data stack, including tools like BigQuery, Snowflake, dbt, Looker, Airflow, GitHub, and command line-based workflows
• Outstanding SQL skills and extensive experience in analytics or a related field
• A deep understanding of data modeling concepts and standard methodologies
• An appreciation for both business context and technical excellence in solution development
• A collaborative, team-oriented attitude, taking pride in contributing to high-functioning teams
