The Treasury Manager will lead all aspects of Treasury Operations, including oversight of SurveyMonkey’s insurance programs, and support projects to improve working capital and cash forecasting. This role involves managing global cash and investment activities, financial risk through FX hedging, and bank relationships. They will also develop and maintain Treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls. They will be responsible for forecasting, leading projects, and preparing treasury reports. This role requires strong collaboration and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must have:
  • 5+ years of experience in Treasury in a multinational company
  • Strong accounting knowledge of Treasury activities
  • Previous experience with a Treasury System
  • Strong prioritization and project management skills
  • Ability to build partnerships across functions
Good to have:
  • MBA preferred

What we’re looking for

You’ll lead all aspects of Treasury Operations, including oversight of SurveyMonkey’s insurance programs, and support projects to improve working capital and cash forecasting. This role requires initiative, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of corporate structures, policies, and tax, legal, and accounting matters. You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders, so strong collaboration, professionalism, and the ability to engage across all levels of the organization are essential

What you’ll be working on

  • Oversee global daily cash and investment activities to ensure sufficient liquidity and timely debt repayment.
  • Manage financial risk by leading the monthly Balance Sheet FX hedging program, ensuring full coverage and minimizing earnings volatility from currency fluctuations.
  • Develop and maintain Treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls across operations, systems, and processes.
  • Manage global bank relationships and scale the bank account structure, ensuring compliance with KYC, mandates, and signatory updates.
  • Enhance and optimize the Treasury system to support scalability and operational efficiency.
  • Continuously maintain and improve the Treasury Ops infrastructure to support global cash, FX, investment, debt activities, and related accounting.
  • Own forecasting for all components of Other Income & Expense on the income statement.
  • Maintain and evolve the company’s 13-week cash flow forecast (sources and uses).
  • Lead cross-functional projects to improve efficiency in Treasury-adjacent areas (e.g., AP, AR).
  • Collaborate with the Head of Tax & Treasury to manage corporate insurance programs.
  • Work with SP&A and Legal to ensure compliance with credit facility requirements, including covenant certificates.
  • Prepare and analyze treasury reports for senior management and key stakeholders.

  • 5+ years of experience in Treasury in a multinational company
  • Strong accounting acumen with respect to Treasury activities

  • Ability to build partnerships across functions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • A critical thinker who can seek innovative solutions to complex business/technical challenges
  • MBA preferred
