This role involves direct communication, analyzing trends, and crafting strategic plans to ensure player satisfaction and achieve company objectives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills, demonstrating a strong understanding of player needs and the ability to deliver personalized experiences. The VIP Account Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing the player journey and strengthening Playtika's position as a leader in interactive entertainment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the VIP Players as a group, including one-on-one communication
  • Stay on top of account, monitor and analyze trends and metrics, and make sure individual/team kips are reached 
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to players needs 
  • Understanding company objectives and the ability to craft custom effective strategic plans to meet goals
  • Communicate the progress/challenges of monthly/quarterly initiatives
  • Crafting syndication schedules, tone, and messaging guidelines that give a personal experience to the player
  • Enhance department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
