You will collaborate with inspiring leaders and a diverse pool of talented professionals to deliver outstanding value to our clients; implementing organisational transformation, improving workforce performance, developing talent strategies and managing human capital risks. About the Role

Depending on your experience and aspirations, you will be responsible for collaborating with diverse teams to help our clients by:

  • Driving change enablement as part of large transformation programs 

  • Developing digital adoption strategies, working closely with some of the world’s largest enterprise tech providers

  • Reinventing operating model and redesigning organisation structure to drive their growth agenda

  • Shaping Transformational leaders 

  • Delivering new ways of working and culture 

  • Creating skills and learning strategies and career pathways

  • Transforming HR function to optimise the value and impact that HR can deliver

About You

  • Demonstrate growth mindset, analytical, problem solving skills and the ability to work in complex and dynamic environments

  • Minimum 4 - 5  years of relevant experience within the human capital domain, including consulting experience  

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to build and sustain trusted client relationships

  • Collaboration and participation within a highly diverse and inclusive regional team with exposure to teams globally

  • Ability to work independently, be part of large streams of work

  • Good domain knowledge across Workforce consulting e.g. Change Management and Organisation Design

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
